We're hitting the home stretch, team! Here is the latest and final installment of training. Just a couple more opportunities to add points to your Grand Prix score: Pier Park XC and the Holiday Half. We will be sending out invites to the end of year celebration and surveying you about next year's Grand Prix events soon.
Posted on June 14 2021Great job for those who just raced a half marathon! Hunter is busy tabulating results, and we'll get those online as soon as possible. Remember, the next Grand Prix Race is the Independence Day 10K at Champoeg State Park on July 4. Here is the training leading into that race. As always, general training principles, pacing website, and the core routine are at the bottom of this post below the training plan.
Posted on May 10 2021There was something special about April's Grand Prix event: New bonds forged between teammates who might not have known each other prior to pairing off for the relay. We are hoping to continue the trend of team-building as we meet up for May's 8K Grand Prix event and re-start PRC group runs this month as well. Your monthly training plan is outlined herein.
