Weekly Group Runs

Portland Running Company hosts a variety of free, fun, group runs every week. Come meet kindred spirits and learn from fellow athletes. Participants in our group runs are treated to giveaways and opportunities to test the latest gear.

We require you to sign our Group Run Waiver before completing any group runs with Portland Running Company. You need to sign the waiver only once.
  


 

Mondays, 5:30 PM, Scholls PRC Slow Jam

Westside Slow Jam. Easy 4-7 miles in Greenway Park and surrounding neighborhoods. Come enjoy the wonderful paths of Beaverton.

 



🚨 NEW! Monday Night Trails 🚨

Mondays, 6 PM, PRC-NW Raleigh St. 

This run will meet at our northwest Portland location at 2258 NW Raleigh St. Join PRC and run leader Sam for a Monday evening trail run followed by refreshments at Run Pub. Routes in Forest Park from 5–9 miles.

 


 

Tuesdays, 6:30 PM, Duniway Track

Lights! Camera! Track-tion! Meet us at 6:15 p.m. every Tuesday on the oval for our free weekly group interval workout. Workout details are posted beforehand on our Facebook Page every week (also check Twitter). Workout starts at 6:30 sharp! Workout from warmup through cool-down lasts 60–75 minutes. Map to Duniway Track below.

 


 

Thirsty Thursdays, 6:00 PM, PRC-NW Raleigh St.

B double E double are you in? Meet us for a run of 5–7 miles followed by liquid refreshments at our in-house bar, the Run Pub. Enjoy a discounted first round after the run. Occasional vendor visits include product testing and giveaways! Our most popular run. 


 


 

Sundays, 8 AM, Long Run from PRC Northwest!

Our weekly long run meets at our store at 2258 NW Raleigh St. in Portland. We'll venture into Forest Park frequently but also hit the waterfront on occasion. All paces are welcome. Many of our runners treat this as their weekly long run; distances covered vary from five to 18 miles. We like to have a coffee and chat afterwards.
