We're hitting the home stretch, team! Here is the latest and final installment of training. Just a couple more opportunities to add points to your Grand Prix score: Pier Park XC and the Holiday Half. We will be sending out invites to the end of year celebration and surveying you about next year's Grand Prix events soon.

Great job shredding the Gnar Gnar! We've got a last minute change in this month's Grand Prix race, switching from Best Dam Run (cancelled) to Stumptown XC #1 - Lents Park. Dust off those XC spikes and let's get a full scoring team on both sides to conquer the 5k distance on the 25th. We've also got Tuesday Track workouts back at Cleveland High School (SE 31st and Powell): 6:15pm warmup, 6:30pm workout.

Great job at Independance Day! Saw some fast times and big smiles. We are heading into a stretch of races that should be pretty fun: the Gnar Gnar on deck for August, and a crowd favorite with the Best Dam Run. Here is the latest installment of training that takes us up to Gnar Gnar. Keep up the great work!

A two-week block of training taking us to the Helvetia Half Marathon on June 13th. PRC Group runs have resumed two days a week, so we're incorporating those in our schedule.

There was something special about April's Grand Prix event: New bonds forged between teammates who might not have known each other prior to pairing off for the relay. We are hoping to continue the trend of team-building as we meet up for May's 8K Grand Prix event and re-start PRC group runs this month as well. Your monthly training plan is outlined herein.
