Wildwood End-To-End

In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I, intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself and heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages of suit or action known or unknown that I have against Portland Running Company, and any other participating sponsors, any employees, directors, volunteers, and agents of any of the above named groups for any and all injuries resulting from my participation in this event. I attest that I am physically fit, that I have been trained sufficiently for this event, and that my physical condition can be verified by a physical examination occurring in the past six months. I grant permission to medical officials to take remedial action if necessary, in the case of an emergency. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks associated with endurance events and I assume responsibility for any and all expenses incurred in the event of an accident, illness, or other incapacity, regardless of whether I have authorized such expenses. I understand that event photos may be taken and I agree to allow my photo to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
