Energy Chews are an easy and convenient source of carbohydrate to help maintain blood sugar and performance during hard and long workouts. Skratch uses slightly more water for an improved texture that makes them easier to chew and only real fruit for flavor, for a clean, natural, and incredible taste. As a starting point, consume one serving (half a pack) of Energy Chews each hour for activities lasting longer than 2 hours, beginning the first hour.

If you’re going super hard and super long, you may even try up to 2 servings (a full pack) per hour.

SOUR CHERRY INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Pectin, Cherry Powder, Citric Acid, Lactic Acid, Green Tea Extract. The Sour Cherry flavor adds 50mg of caffeine per pack from green tea for some extra boost and focus.
