Add taste to the Mix

Maurten Addition is a palate reset. It is designed to give athletes the option of adding a different taste to Drink Mix 320 or 160. Repeated consumption of carbohydrate fuels — even those with a neutral flavor profile — can lead to a state of flavor fatigue. Symptoms can include a lack of motivation to maintain a planned fueling protocol, sickly or nauseous sensation, and an impaired sense of taste. For athletes impacted by flavor fatigue, the result can be reduced fueling and an energy deficit. Maurten Addition enables athletes to vary their fuel according to preferred taste without impacting the function of Hydrogel Technology.

Reset the palate by adding one serving to 500ml of Drink Mix 320 or 160. Choose from Apple, Cola, Menthol, or Orange. Compatible with Maurten Hydrogel Technology products.

How to use:

One sachet of Addition is designed to be mixed with one sachet of Drink Mix — but athletes can use more or less, adjusting to your preference.

• Prepare Drink Mix 320 or Drink Mix 160 in 500 ml of water.
• Ensure the Drink Mix is fully dissolved.
• Add your preferred serving of Additions.
• Shake to combine.
• Consume as part of your planned fuel strategy.
