Glycerin GTS 21 combines cushion and support thanks to GuideRails® technology, which helps align the body in its natural motion path. GuideRails keeps excess motion in check, letting you enjoy healthy, distraction-free runs.

The engineered warp-knit upper is breathable and allows for a flexible, accommodating fit while staying soft against your foot.

The broad platform of the Glycerin 21 stabilizes your foot to promote smooth and efficient heel-to-toe transitions.

Glycerin 21 is made with recycled materials equivalent to five plastic bottles. Included in that mix is new RoadTack rubber in the sole of the shoe. RoadTack incorporates recycled silica and is both lightweight and durable while giving this shoe great grip.
