Nike says:  Yes! The Nike ACG Pegasus Trail is designed for trail running as well as road running. In fact, the shoe is built to withstand all conditions. It features an All Terrain Compound 2.0 outsole rubber for improved grip when encountering wet surfaces; a breathable, quick-draining mesh upper for staying cool and dry; and a rubber wrap around the toe box to protect from trail debris.
