The women's Caldera 6 trail runner from Brooks stakes its reputation on a heaping helping of new, nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3: super soft cushioning optimized to be lightweight, responsive, and durable. An innovative nitrogen infusion process lets Brooks fine-tune the softness with careful precision; as always, the DNA element of the cushioning adapts to your unique stride.

The redesigned misole and outsole of the Caldera 6 feature raised side walls and a widened platform to hold your foot securely for a stable ride on uneven ground. TrailTack rubber on the outsole offers excellent traction on wet or dry surfaces, and a TPU toe cap protects toes from unforgiving, rocky terrain.

The Caldera 6 upper holds your foot securely without sacrificing breathability, thanks to a new, lightweight and quick-drying air mesh. Lace keeper secures laces so they don't get caught on trail debris or branches. Front and back attachment points offer a secure fit for gaiters, if that's your style.
