The ASICS NOVABLAST® 4 men's running shoe features a new midsole and outsole geometry that helps produce an energized ride. This is a lightweight, well-cushioned, and uptempo neutral trainer that bridges the gap between workout days and race day.

FF BLAST™ PLUS ECO midsole cushioning creates softer landings and a more energized toe-off during your training. This material is made with 20% bio-based content for a lower carbon footprint. The concave NOVABLAST 4 outsole design is inspired by trampolines and aims to provide more bounce to every stride.

Tongue wing construction in the upper helps improve the fit while reducing tongue movement. It's complemented with an engineered woven upper that offers more stretch, ventilation, and durability.
