The Strassburg Sock is worn at night to treat plantar fasciitis. Properly worn, it speeds recovery time by allowing plantar fascia tissues to heal in a stretched position, thus eliminating re-injury and associated morning pain. PRC carries the Strassburg Sock in two sizes: regular (fits calves up to 16 inches around) and large (16 to 21 inches). Measure around the thickest part of the calf with a measuring tape.
