Super soft DNA LOFT foam offers plenty of cushioning underfoot, regardless of how your foot lands. In the Ghost 13 that DNA LOFT material extends from the heel all the way to the forefoot for the first time, ensuring an easy transition from landing to toe-off.

The new Engineered Air Mesh upper of the Ghost 13 hugs the foot for a secure but still breathable fit. The 3D Fit Print applies strategic stretch and structure to that upper. Gore-Tex lining lets air and water vapor escape without letting liquids in. Great for cold, wet weather runs and hikes.
